Yes, the existing samples are free, you only need to pay the shipping cost by T/T. Samples are only charged for custom service, and it is refundable when the order reaches a certain quantity.
Yes, we feel glad to make a trial order with a small quantity for some new-starting customers. As we understand it's necessary to do a test order at the beginning, and we are glad to support those buyers.
If you buy our stock, the timeline is 3-5 days. If we do customization, the timeline is around 10-30 days.
A workable discount will be given if there is a large quantity you need.
We will check the quality three times, fabric quality checking, finished Eye Mask quality checking, and final checking when packing. If you have a Chinese agency, the best way is to do the inspection before shipment. If it is difficult for you, you can check it once you received the cargo. Please check it within a week. If you still find any defective ones, we will provide a 100% refund for them.
Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposits after the order is signed and 70% balance before shipping.

This product is made of 100% mulberry silk, please avoid direct contact with sharp objects. Please use this product after the facial skin care products are completely absorbed to avoid skin care products from being contaminated and difficult to clean.
Please soak this product in cold water for 3-5 minutes, then use a special detergent for silk, rub it lightly, and then wash it with water. Please avoid soaking for a long time, rubbing hard, and machine washing to prevent the silk from pulling strands or lumps.
This product should not be twisted to remove water, it should be unfolded gently, hung naturally, or laid flat, and placed in a cool, dry, and ventilated place. This product should not be exposed to the sun, let alone heated by a dryer.
Please dry this product until it is 70% dry, spray cold water evenly, wait for 3-5 minutes, and iron it with silk low-temperature steam on a steam ironing machine, do not use high-temperature ironing or dry ironing.
Please wash this product, iron it dry, wrap it with a cloth, and store it in a cabinet. Please avoid heavy objects, and avoid direct contact with the desiccant.
